Juan Diego has more than 27 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt structuring and project financing transactions in various sectors and industries, and involving multiple jurisdictions. His knowledge of commercial matters, including contractual and corporate matters, is essential in the advice he provides to local and international clients of the firm. Additionally, he leads our foreign exchange law practice, with extensive experience, among others, in foreign investment regulation and external indebtedness, as well as sanction procedures by the exchange authorities.
