Ana Lucia has more than 20 years of experience advising national and foreign clients on issues related to real estate investments, for stabilized or developing assets located in Colombia or abroad, through different acquisition or sale structures (M&A), accompanying the Client in the operation of the asset and until its divestment. His experience includes the structuring and implementation of investment funds and different investment vehicles in real estate matters and different types of non-real estate assets. Likewise, it advises clients on their usual matters within the framework of civil and commercial law.

Ana Lucia has been recognized in Band 4 in the Real Estate area, by Chambers and Partners, in its Guide to Latin America, for two consecutive years (2024 – 2025).
