Academic career: Lawyer at the University of the Andes, specialist in Commercial Law at the University of Rosario and in Competition Law at th Institute of Stock Market Studies of Madrid.

Andrés has advised companies from different sectors of the economy in matters of corporate law, M&A, competition law and consumer protection. In particular, Andrés has defended the interests of his clients in administrative and jurisdictional processes brougth forward by and before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce related to, the notification and request for authorization of business integrations, restrictive practices of competition and violations of the consumer protection regime. Additionally, he has participated in processes pf acquisition and sale of companies during all stages of the negotation and execution of transactions.
