Ximena has over 24 years of experience in financial, commercial, and corporate matters. She has advised national and international clients on the structuring of various financing transactions, project finance, and syndicated loans, both locally and from abroad. Additionally, she has participated in M&A processes and the implementation of financing operations within them, as well as in transactions for the acquisition of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios. Furthermore, she has experience in debt restructuring operations with local and foreign banks, both in private transactions and through business reorganization processes.
