Santiago has advised national and international clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate investments. His M&A experience has focused on companies in the health and technology sectors and has included participation in due diligence processes and negotiation of contracts for the sale of shares, assets, or stock swaps. In the real estate sector, Santiago’s experience has concentrated on the structuring and execution of housing, office, and commercial projects.
