Boris has over 10 years of experience advising the business sector on labor and social security matters. He has supported several national and international companies with day-to-day labor issues, guiding human resources departments in individual and collective relations with employees. Additionally, he has participated in multiple collective negotiations with labor unions, business restructuring plans, and judicial representation for all matters related to labor jurisdiction.
