Julián has over 10 years of experience in consulting, tax planning, and tax litigation, both in the private and public sectors (as an advisor to the director general at DIAN). He has taught courses in “Tax Planning” and “Tax Legislation” at Universidad de los Andes and at the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA).
