Lawyer at the University of La Sabana and specialist in Tax Law at the Pontifical Javeriana University of Bogotá.

Silvio has more than ten years of experience in the analysis, interpretation and application of tax and public finance regulations, both in the private and public sectors.

In the institutional field, he worked in the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs -DIAN-, specifically in the Sub-Directorate of Regulations and Doctrine, in the elaboration of legal concepts and technical studies. In the private sector, he has advised companies from different economic sectors on issues of tax planning, compliance with tax obligations and administrative litigation before the Tax Administration and judicial proceedings before the jurisdiction of administrative litigation.
