Lawyer from the University of the Andes, with a Master of Laws from the University of New York and a specialization in Administrative Law from the Externado University of Colombia.

Sergio is a lawyer specialized in corporate and transactional law, with more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, sale of assets and structuring of investment vehicles and real estate projects. He has advised national and international clients on complex transactions in the technology, infrastructure, energy and entertainment sectors, participating in the design, negotiation and execution of contracts such as Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), Joint Ventures and cross-border operations.

Before linking with Brick Abogados, he worked in some of the country’s leading law firms, leading corporate and transactional affairs, and in the Constitutional Court, where he participated in the substantiation of decisions of high national impact, strengthening their legal criteria and analytical approach.
