Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with emphasis on International Commercial Law and has a Specialization in Commercial Law from the same University. He completed the diploma of “Business Collaboration Contracs” in the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá. He completed and was certified in the Seminar “Understanding Economic Regulation in the European Union”, at the Comillas University (Madrid), University of Seville, and at the Corvinus University (Hungary, Budapest) . Additionally, he is a meber of the Commercial Bar Association of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

Sara has experience in advising clients in the preparation, review and structuring of all types of commercial contracts such as joint venture, sale, lease, comodata, supply, work, provision of services; among others. It also provides support in the structuring of operations at the level of Commercial Law.
